I’ve always liked to eat stir fry but was never sure I could cook it right. My sister is a great cook and while visiting her she taught me how to is a fun, inexpensive way to have some great meals without going out to a restaurant. I cook on Cuisinart at home and the hard-anodized surface is so great to use. No extra oils or butter or fats are needed and clean-up afterwards is a breeze. With sloped sides to expose a lot of cooking surface, this deep (3-3/4 inches), heavy stir-fry pan resembles a flat-bottom wok. A bit of oil, some flavorings, and vegetables, meats, tofu, seafood, or poultry tossed over high heat emerge as a big meal.
