Cable Matters USB 3.1 Type C (USB-C & Thunderbolt 3 Port Compatible) to HDMI 4K 60Hz UHD Adapter in Black

I bought this cable to connect the new Dell XPS 13 (9350) laptop to a new Acer computer monitor which takes HDMI input. In a matter of seconds I just connected both cables to the monitor and laptop, and had a perfect projection of my laptop screen onto the monitor in full HD. There was no need to download any drivers or change any settings, simple plug and play. This product does exactly what I needed it to do, arrived quickly in nice, resealable package. I am mainly posting this review because I was concerned when the company and/or other people wrote that officially there is no support for the Dell XPS-13, but again this works great and was easy to set up. Hope this is helpful to you. Check it out!

Cable Matters USB 3.1 Type C (USB-C & Thunderbolt 3 Port Compatible) to HDMI 4K 60Hz UHD Adapter in Black Review

I needed this for my new Dell XPS which while I love it to pieces does not have a lot of ports for all my peripherals when I want to dock it in my home office. Dell sells their own adapter, but it’s way overpriced so I searched around on Amazon and stumbled across this cable. I use this to hook into my external monitor via the thunderbolt port. Works perfectly! No lag or any other types of issues. Easy to use, just plug and play. If you’re looking for the same solution, look no further. This cable fits the bill. -Read Reviews-

Works pretty well. The picture is clear on a 1080p TV coming from my Lenovo Yoga 900 laptop. I am using a 3ft HDMI cable to connect the two. No picture came through when I was using a 25ft cable, but the computer did recognize that a display device was plugged it. There may be be limited power coming form the adapter and 25ft was too long to carry the signal. Once I switched to the shorter cable, it worked fine.
